Kim Kardashian headed back to her homeland of Turkey to visit the Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial with other members of her family.
Kourtney and her children Mason and Penelope joined Kim to lay flowers on in Yerevan on Tuesday to remember the 1.5 million Armenians who lost their lives in 1915 during a horrific mass killing.
Kim has previously said she is ‘saddened’ by the reality that ‘not everyone has recognised that a huge number of innocent people were ‘murdered’ by the Ottoman Empire.
Kim’s late father, Robert Kardashian, has Armenian ancestors, which is why the businesswoman attended the service today and has done so previously, on 24 April 2015, for the 100th anniversary of the deaths.
